Welcome to Constance Billard. Here you will find all the rules you need to know about this forum. If you have any questions please PM me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
General Rules
1. Please be respectful of all members on the site. I understand that there will be gossiping etc because of the content of this site, but no actual putting down of members of the site. That is just silly and if you are going to do that then please just leave now.
2. Any sexual, drug, drinking content is excepted on this site, but please don't use it every other word. And also, please not too graphic.
3. Please respect the staff on the site, and be patient when asking questions. We can't be on every second of the day. Also, be nice to the staff. Do not send them messages complaining about the rules, they will simply be ignored. Follow the rules and you will be fine. Don't follow them and expect to be penalized. Its how it works.
4. Please one account per character, you may have more than one account but please be active on both.
5. Please, once your character is approved, make your display name the name of your character. In order to do this click 'Profile' then 'Modify Profile' then you will be able to change it.
6. Please do not give out your personal information, this is a safe forum. If anyone is asking you about your personal info and it is making you uncomfortable please, feel free to message me about it.
7. Before you post anywhere else please apply for your character. You may NOT post anywhere else until your application has been accepted. If you do your post will be deleted.
8. Please make your signatures appropriate. This means know nudity. If there is a problem then you will get a warning, and as the saying goes 'three strikes, your out'.
9. I will allow three accounts per person. Don't try to use the whole changed email thing, I can see your IP address as an admin so I will know. I will only allow you to have more if you message me for permission. Also, if there is more than one person using your computer please notify me to avoid confusion.

Application Rules
1. Please put effort into your application, we will be more likely to accept you that way.
2. Please do not message staff about accepting your application. Please be patient and we will get to them as fast as we possibly can.
3. You have 5 days after you register to apply. After those 5 days your account will be deleted, unless you tell me a reason for the delay. In that case I will not delete you. I do this so that people don't sign up then never apply, I'm sure you can imagine how annoying that is.
Role Play Rules
1. Nobody is perfect. Please do not make your character flawless, it makes a roleplay boring and unrealistic.
2. Please no godmoding, which means controlling somebody elses character.
3. Please do not use chat speak in role plays. It is fine on the Instant Messaging and phones, but otherwise it just gets annoying.
4. No power playing, meaning playing more than one character.
5. Please don't tell people what you want their character to do, that is just annoying. If someone does this to you you have the right to not do what they said, and you may report it to an admin.
6. NO ONE LINERS. Please, for the sake of everyone, no one liners. It give the person posting next absolutely nothing to work with. If this keeps on happening, there will be a word count minimum for each post.
Dorm Rules
1. Only one rule. Anyone can be in a dorm, even if they live in new york.
(any staff may add to this if they feel the need)
